  • Worked in Client systems- LPS-Black Knight, Vendorscape, Lenstar, ADR. Respond immediately to client’s emails/phone calls as well as ensure all documents are validated, received, executed and processed timely through internal tracking mechanisms while maintaining deadlines.

 

  • Updated vendor systems as well as review schedules and plans in which included, but was not limited to hearing with attorney’s and escalation of files using guidelines per each client request
