Trained inspector to identify general household pests: roaches, many species of ants, fleas, spiders, etc. Also
trained and certified inspector of all forms of termites, (Formosan, subterranean, dry wood, and damp wood)
Job duties were to set appointments for inspections, and identify the area of concern of the customer, and to sell
the appropriate service or services needed to correct the issue.
Schwans Foods, Route Manager
Sells and delivers frozen food and other company products to up to 120 customer's homes or places of business.

designed a training program that proved very successful for new hires. I designed an introductory sales script
