Work Experience


Massey Services, Sales Inspector/Pest technician

Trained inspector to identify general household pests: roaches, many species of ants, fleas, spiders, etc. Also

trained and certified inspector of all forms of termites, (Formosan, subterranean, dry wood, and damp wood)

Job duties were to set appointments for inspections, and identify the area of concern of the customer, and to sell

the appropriate service or services needed to correct the issue.


Schwans Foods, Route Manager

 Sells and delivers frozen food and other company products to up to 120 customer's homes or places of business.

 Completes all assigned route and building days according to schedule on day. Seeks out and establishes new

 customers for the route system in the assigned areas. I make sales presentations to prospective customers.

 Inform customers of new products and any special services. Addresses service complaints and works to resolve

 them. Communicate complaints and resolutions to upper management in a timely manner.


 The Tampa Tribune, Sales Manager

 Set up and established new territory rotations for six counties (Polk, Hillsborough, Highlands, Hardee, Desoto &

 Manatee). Duties included: hiring, training and motivating new hires to obtain the highest of sales standards. I

 designed a training program that proved very successful for new hires. I designed an introductory sales script

 that is standard for the department. I developed a strategy for attacking and penetrating a customer master list.

 I served as product specialist and trainer for new employees. I managed up to 50 employees at any given time.
