Construction Field Supervisor


Job Description:
This position is instrumental in generating all project site deliverables for a high volume of turn units. From initial work request through final QC, this role will have complete oversight and authority for all onsite Turn activities within region. The Field Supervisor (FS) reports to Turns Director.

Primary Functions and
Responsibilities:
Field Supervisor will do a Pre-Inspection with Client to determine scope of work and generate material listings.
Field Supervisor will periodically pick parts up and deliver to units as needed or will work with vendor on ordering parts.
Field Supervisor to receive/review and assign work orders to Turn Crews.
Field Supervisor will periodically perform quality control checks throughout the unit work process to ensure time and quality expectations are met.
Field Supervisor to confirm or determine if a Change Order is needed
Field Supervisor is to create change order, with photos and any additional documentation that is required and forward to dispatcher.
Field Supervisor will work directly with Scheduler/Dispatcher with status of property.
Field Supervisor is to do a final inspection of the property upon completion to ensure work completion and quality of work.
Field Supervisor is responsible to do periodic checks of labor and travel times with employees to ensure accurate time management are met.
Ensure that all company vehicles safety checks and registrations are updated as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance field.
1-3 years management experience preferred.
Strong oral, written communication and listening skills.

Lift/Carry up to 60 lbs 100% time

BENEFITS Overview:
TBD in conjunction with HR Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
