The Foreman will be responsible for the installation of Danielle Fence Outdoor Living products as well as managing the crews and sub-contractors. This employee must have experience in the installation of PVC, wood and aluminum fence as well as pavers, footers, retaining walls, gazebos and other Outdoor Living projects.
The position requires the ability to coordinate a crew of direct employees and multiple sub-contractors and interact directly with customers. This individual needs to be dependable, able to work long hours when required and have a 3 year clean driving record.
The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
- Previous construction supervisory experience
- The ability to facilitate Employee training
- The skill to ensure construction and installation meets Danielle quality standards
- Maintain customer relations on jobsite
- A 3 year clean driving record
- 1-3 years' experience in crew management
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical basics is a plus
- Shoot elevations
- Read and understand blueprints, designs and drawings a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Above average skill in operating power and manual tools required for construction
- The ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. when required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
