Run standard analysis of beverage bases, targets and market products: (including pH, TA, Br, Oil, Ratio) report and maintain database to follow this specs. maintain a proper inventory of bases, incoming samples, and ingredients to meet demands of the citrus application lab. Competency operating the pilot plant equipment (Microthermics unit) With proper direction, prepare applied samples and beverages to meet project demands.
Keep lab area clean and well stocked Begin compiling a library of market products and help identify gaps and possible market targets for our team to explore. Satisfactory completion of project brief Applications manager feed back
