IT Support Analyst III Department: Data Ctr and Opns Schedule: Full Time Shift: Fulltime Hours: 80 Hrs Biweekly Job Details: Relationships and Caring. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Preferred: Knowledge of Citrix/thin client environment Required: Strong customer service, technical, and critical thinking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Project management, organization, documentation, and analytical skills. Advanced understanding of enterprise networking infrastructure components (switches, routers, hubs, cabling, etc.). Knowledge of network protocols such as; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and SMTP Expert knowledge of the Microsoft desktop operating system environment; must have the ability to troubleshoot, test, and configure its components (registry, ini files, dll files, etc.). Advanced understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, including the ability to create and maintain secuirty profiles. Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Ability to design, develop, and maintain workstation images. Ability to design, create, test, and deploy applications with industry standard deployment tools. EDUCATION: Preferred:Bachelors Degree in IT or related field. Required: Associates Degree EXPERIENCE: Preferred: None Experience in Citrix environment end:user support. Required: 5+ years hands:on experience experience in all of the following: Configuring, testing, and maintaining desktop systems in a local area network computing environment. Workstation security configuration. Workstation image deployment tools. Workstation patch management process. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/ OTHER: Preferred: None Required: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003) or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP : Server 2008 Administrator or Enterprise Administrator). Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
