Preparing and filing documents with courts.
Helping prepare cases for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Maintaining client files and making sure they are up to date.
Scheduling mediations, depositions, and hearings with all parties involved in a case.
Organization and time management skills are key for litigation paralegals.
Good communication skills and problem-solving skills are needed.
