Assistant Director of Store Operations
PAINT Nail Bar Lakeland PAINT Nail Bar Lakeland Lakeland, FL Lakeland, FL Part-time Part-time $17 - $18 an hour $17 - $18 an hour PAINT Lakeland's part-time Assistant Director of Store Operations will support all areas of the business including but not limited to:
Exceed client expectations as the ultimate host and build relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Collaborate with the Owner and Director of Store Operations (DSO) to improve staff development and help to build a positive culture.
Operational duties:
opening/closing salon, client transactions, appointment bookings (experience with booking software not required), phone/email communications, beverage service, salon maintenance, inventory/supply management and retail sales.
Support organization of marketing, social media, and influencer channels.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, trunk shows, business partnerships both in and out of the salon regularly throughout the year.
Partner and collaborate with the Owner and DSO in building a unique experience.
Role Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while maintaining a positive attitude and energy Flexible schedule, ability to work nights and weekends Commitment to professionalism and high attention to detail Aptitude for problem solving and learning new skills Willingness to take initiative Outstanding customer service and communication skills Previous salon or beauty industry experience NOT required Experience or aptitude in social media and content creation a plus
