We are currently searching for high-energy, Customer Service-oriented team players to join the Total Package Car Wash Team.
Job Details:
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly experience.
Follow all safety procedures and policies including appearance expectations.
Help maintain the site's appearance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Promptly acknowledge customers.
Handle customer inquiries and present options based on customers' needs.
Provide information about the products and services.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor.
High energy and interest in working outdoors.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work primarily outside in physically demanding conditions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
