We are committed to quality work and are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable leader to run the daily Operations of the business including overseeing irrigation & landscape installation as well as our maintenance crews.
Candidates must:

years of experience installing and maintaining landscape material in the central Florida area Basic knowledge of proper planting techniques, staking, mulching and plant spacing Basic knowledge and able to identify irrigation and pest issues that may arise on lawns/plants/trees (insect, fungus etc.
) Able to read and understand Job scopes and contracts Have a clean Florida driver's license Clean neat appearance Ability to communicate clearly with clients and employees Great client relations:
meet with and represent company well with customers Able to discuss upgrades, change orders and enhancements Have experience in sales Have basic knowledge of Human Resource standards and regulations Knowledge of plants and turf Strong leadership skills Motivating and able to coach Knowledge with Microsoft office Detailed oriented, work cleanly, organized and efficient Possess knowledge of how to use landscape tools and equipment safely Strong leader responsible for hiring / firing and managing 25-32 employees Ability to develop a team atmosphere and motivate employees Accurately filling out paperwork such as proposals, work completed, and property inspections, etc.
Responsible for job site safety and awareness Manage equipment and schedule preventative maintenance Job Type:
