Digital Data Quality Manager, Marketing

Description The purpose of this position is to manage and direct the monitoring, validation, and correction of marketing data signals (media tracking tags and pixels, media response data, user web and app behavior data) critical to marketing measurement. This position is responsible for the design, execution, operationalization and evolution of processes and tools (Google Analytics, ObservePoint, Datorama, etc.) that ensure accurate and uninterrupted flow of digital signals from multiple systems and media sources. This position plays a critical role in the company's digital marketing activities and analysis, which support digital campaign strategy development, omni channel efforts, overall and campaign specific measurement and optimization which have direct impact on short- and long-term sales and return on investments. Designing, implementation, monitoring and evolution of QA processes and systems that ensure the quality and reliability of digital marketing analytics data flows, which includes:
Developing, maintaining, and communicating marketing data quality roadmap, which includes documented processes, expected service, performance and response levels, and audit procedures. Will also maintain, update, and regularly review to ensure support of Publix's evolving digital marketing and measurement landscape. Evaluating and documenting financial impact to business for various marketing data flows, encompassing the processing of over 4.8 billion touchpoints of data and 1,400 campaigns by dozens of systems annually, to provide an objective measurement of value to guide escalation and monitoring priorities. Designing, implementing, and evolving QA platforms for analytics tags, media tags, site elements that contain multiple media trackers, Data Management Platform (DMP) trackers, tag management system, attribution, and other measurement mechanisms on Publix digital platforms (web and app). Creating and implementing processes to monitor and ensure digital marketing measurement data flow is accurate and timely, providing for appropriate regular monitoring or alerting in case of failures. Managing and operating tag audit and monitoring systems. Developing and monitoring alerts and health reporting on web and app properties, investigating and reporting any anomalous data incidents to the appropriate system contacts and affected analysis teams within the Marketing department and Marketing's business partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fields with emphasis in marketing measurement; or equivalent experience in an analytical or technical field Combined two years' experience in data quality management, QA analysis or data governance Knowledge of web and app analytics tools, tag debugging and data flows Knowledge of digital media ad tagging, placement, debugging and data flows Knowledge of current data anomaly detection systems Understanding of Process Documentation Understanding of digital marketing measurement, media tracking, user experience (UX) analytics and associated data flows Knowledge of implementation of process change Leadership & management skills Program management skills Persuasiveness, team player, detail-oriented Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Willingness to travel with overnight stays up to one week or longer Willingness to work late hours, during weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), or at home as needed Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other related fields with emphasis in marketing measurement; or equivalent experience in an analytical or technical field Combined four years' experience in data quality management, QA analysis or data governance preferably working with media data.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Quality AssuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
