CRM Analytics Consultant - Marketing

The CRM Analytics Consultant will bring predictive modeling skills and direct marketing channel experience to the Marketing Analytics team at Publix. Through customer profiling using a broad array of databases and data mining tools and the development of complex algorithms used to describe our target customers, the Consultant will provide CRM analytical solutions to support strategic decisions across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:
project management of the process for developing analytical solutions regarding customer demographics, habits, motivations, etc. into actionable tools and recommendations maintain established data and analytical software as well as service supplier relationships utilize Alteryx and Salesforce software to glean insights and make appropriate recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or another analytical field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience at least three (3) years of CRM analytics, or similar analytics field experience ability to obtain Alteryx Certification within six months of hire date basic knowledge of a business intelligence tool such as Alteryx, SQL, statistical tools such as R Studio or SPSS, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel excellent written and verbal communication skills excellent project management skills ability to apply design thinking and rapid prototyping techniques ability to apply the appropriate advanced mathematics and statistics methods to large data sets, examples include but are not limited to, regression models (linear, logistic, Bayesian, stepwise, etc.), decision trees, correlation analysis, random forest models, cluster analysis, k-means, sum of squares, and time series analysis knowledge of data analytics, data types, data sources, and analytical approaches ability to develop data visualizations ability to develop advanced data algorithms ability to develop research based recommendations teamwork and collaboration skills ability to exhibit a natural curiosity when developing research ability to quickly develop an understanding of new information, processes and technologies willingness to travel up to one week at a time with overnight stays ability to work a variable work schedule as needed including nights, holidays, weekends and extended hours to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications MBA or Masters in Analytics, System Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or another analytical or Big Data discipline five (5) or more years of analytics experience, finance three (3) or more years of experience writing SQL three (3) or more years of experience writing R code or similar functionality within other statistical tools experience with distributed big data tools, utilizing technologies such as MapReduce Data Science Certificate or Business Analytics Certificate ability to design intuitive end user interfaces broad knowledge of the data and analytics methods used by the CRM Analytics and Consumer Insights functions intermediate knowledge of business intelligence tools, statistical tools and data visualization tools intermediate knowledge of Big Data and cloud based machine learning and artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft Azure, Hive, Presto or Hadoop basic knowledge of Python Coding basic knowledge of Scarborough Prime Lingo advanced knowledge of SharePoint Development expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
