Job Requirements
As an Insurance Agent, you must be motivated and driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to effectively manage your own schedule, and a passion for helping others to improve their lives. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to establish rapport and develop long- term business relationships with a wide and diverse variety of clients.
Specific qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent position include:
? Minimum of a high school degree or GED
? Valid Health and Life Insurance license, or the ability and willingness to obtain one
? Proven track record of sales performance excellence
? Energetic and engaging personality
