JobTracks is currently seeking to fill a Title Closer position in Lakeland, FL. Our client is establishing a new firm with an established flow of business. You do not need a following.
Qualified candidates will understand the importance of their role and have the personality to nurture and grow existing relationships. Starting out you will typically close 5-7 deals a month. These deals are complex and require experience. Most of the closings are refinnaces and they center around the Agricultural and Commercial areas.
This is a full time position. Great benefit packages included as well.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
FULL TIME TITLE CLOSER (W-2 Employee) Job Summary Attends and manages real estate closings as assigned by Operations Manager Acts as the business liaison between the Title Department and the assigned Offices. Responsible for entering closing figures and balancing files. Prepares miscellaneous documents required at closing. Reviews title commitment and is responsible for all title clearance. Calculates and prepares mortgage payoffs. Prepares balance sheet and checks for closing. Prepares attorney split sheet. Responsible for proper disbursement of funds. Attends assigned office meetings. Participates with agents at branch office functions. Requirements Excellent mathematical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent organizational skills (attention to detail). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work with confidential information and data. Computer Savvy. Valid Drive License and reliable transportation necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
