Company Description Job Description Hours:
Department currently operates from 7am to 7pm.
You typically work a 5 day work week.
You need to be flexible to rotating schedules as needed and this can involve some weekend work as needed.
SUMMARY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES o Respond to tickets either in person or over the phone.
o Write user instructions.
o Train computer users.
o Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
o Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
o Walk customer through problem-solving process.
o Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
o Clean up computers.
o Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
o Install applications and or computer peripherals for users.
o Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
o Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
o Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
