This position works closely with the teacher and an additional paraprofessional in a classroom of 11 special needs preschoolers.
Must have preschool classroom experience.
Hours for paraprofessionals are 8am to 3pm, Monday-Friday while following the traditional school calendar of Polk County.
The successful candidate has graduated from an accredited high school or has a completed GED, has experience working with young special needs children in a preschool classroom setting and must be sincerely interested in educating and working with exceptional children.
Valid driver's license required.
Fingerprinting, background clearance and drug screening is required before hiring.
