Front of House (FOH)
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
Back of House (BOH)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Ava Pizzeria's recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure the quality of dishes served.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience is required for both FOH and BOH positions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Compensation:
$12.
