providing administrative support to the Vice President of Facilities overseeing the Technology Request Process for Facilities providing administrative support to the following sub-departments:
Facilities Refrigeration, Facilities Maintenance and Warehousing and Facilities Support managing various special projects to completion (projects may be ongoing or as needed and assigned by the VP of Facilities) and assisting the Systems Coordinator by providing support to system users.
Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience At least three years experience in an administrative role.
Thorough knowledge of office and administrative procedures Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to recognize legal documents Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent human relations skills, including professional telephone etiquette Ability to multi-task Willingness to work a variable work schedule if needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
