Job DetailsJob Details:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Water Facility Projects, Project Scheduling, Payment Application Process, Close-out and Commissioning.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role requires a high level of financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage water facility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, identifying potential risks and devising contingency plans.
Oversee the payment application process, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
Coordinate and oversee the close-out and commissioning process, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with various teams, including finance, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
Continuously monitor and review project progress and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the finance industry.
Proven experience with Water Facility Projects, Project Scheduling, Payment Application Process, Close-out and Commissioning.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and devise effective solutions.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
PMP certification is a plus.
