Whether it's greeting guests at the door, taking orders behind the counter or delivering outstanding service throughout our restaurants, these are the people who bring our hometown hospitality to life each and every day.

We are family-owned and operated! You will work right next to the restaurant owners (us!) and we will invest time and energy in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious ButterBurgers at a discount!) both when you work and when you visit on days you don't work! Uniforms:

Stand/Walk Constantly.
Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb.
Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.

While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it's our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver's delicious.
