Lakeland, FL (PLUS Sign-On Bonus eligible) Position Summary The Mailing Associate's primary responsibility is to complete mass mail outs, large printing jobs, and manage printing inventory.

Obtaining mailing lists as required.
Prints daily department material requests.
Upload mailing lists to IPHES and maintaining the database.
Print letters and envelopes using the commercial printer.
Print merging addresses with form letters.
Fold and place the letters into an envelope with a clear window that shows the address using a commercial machine.
Discuss with managers which zip codes to mail to and how frequent.
Assists with scheduling the production of printed materials for all departments.
Discuss with Operations Managers and Quality department to mail out ad-hac letters when required for things like mass mailing for mammogram reminders, etc.
Prepare outgoing shipments.
Organize the mail as required to take to USPS for mass mailing.
Sort bulk mailing into USPS boxes accordingly.
Transport mail to USPS bulk mailing facility.
Report various mail outs performed on a monthly basis.
Resolve customer questions and requests.
Performs minor equipment adjustments.
Work in a fast and accurate manner to ensure materials are ready promptly.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to perform repetitive tasks, repetitive movements of hands fingers such as typing and writing.
The job requires standing up, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position.
Employee may be required to lift heavy boxes or to use a stepladder to retrieve supplies from high shelves, this will be done by reaching with hands and arms.
Employee will have frequent communication verbally and written.
Must be able to exchange accurate information, demonstrate skills in verbal communication and listening.
The employee will occasionally be required to each with hands and arms, grip, bend a knee, sit for period of time, and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 5 pounds.
Required Education and Experience 1.
High School diploma or GED diploma 2.
Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience 3.
Experience customer service and/or office clerk 4.
Bulk Print Out Experience 5.
Experience with printing machinery 6.
Knowledge of USPS bulk mailing process 7.
Ability to Speak and understand English Preferred Education and Experience 1.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) 2.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
