At least five years administrative experience, preferably in higher education settings2.
At least five years supervisory experience.

Office productivity software skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc4.
Ability to write and communicate effectively in various environments.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsDUTIES AND OTHER JOB-RELATED ACTIVITIES1.
Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of various academic activities within theJannetides College of Business, Communication & Leadership:
a.
Develop and execute an efficient process for curriculum evaluation and changes withinJCBCL.
b.
Maintain accurate list of current and archived Official Syllabi for departments within JCBCL.
c.
Maintain accurate list of instructors and execute hiring process for adjuncts.
d.
Assist the Dean and department Chairs in preparation of budgets, course schedules andadjunct/overload contracts.
e.
Ensure minutes at monthly departmental faculty meetings are recorded accurately anddistributed to all members.
2.
Assist the Dean with coordination and scheduling of internal/external activities andcommunication with.
a.
Entire JCBCL College.
b.
Various personnel from various departments.
c.
Other meetings, events (internal and external), and travel as directed by the Dean.
3.
Coordinate the administration of various tasks among Graduate Assistants and student workersincludinga.
Hire and schedule student workers and others as neededb.
Reserve rooms across campus for the Dean.
c.
Use the student information systems to make requests and research issues.
d.
Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies for all JCBCL departments.
e.
Collect and store faculty members' office schedules & all syllabi for each semester.
f.
Maintain and securely archive confidential and important correspondence and otherdocuments including annual performance evaluations of all JCBCL faculty members.
4.
Provide day-to-day administrative duties for the dean's office includinga.
Process all office incoming/outgoing mail for the Dean.
b.
Answer office telephones and handle calls accordingly.
c.
Send and/or distribute, and scan documents for the Dean.
d.
Monitor purchasing card transactions and expense reports for the Dean's office personneland make weekly allocations, and complete monthly logs to turn into business office.
e.
Maintain college's bulletin board.
f.
Process requests for all JCBCL faculty travel and development funds.
5.
Other tasks pertinent to the college as directed by the Dean.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
