Summary:
The Data Management Graduate Assistant for Data Management is responsible for processing a high volume of enrollment documents into various systems/databases, maintaining the integrity of all enrollment documents and databases, and reviewing enrollment documents in a timely manner.
Additional duties may also include providing customer service to prospective students and the general public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Coordinate timely response to personal email account.
Assist with the processing of enrollment documents.
Must be team oriented, respectful, and approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Ability to learn new programs and procedures as often as necessary.
Adhering to confidentiality regulations.
Operating office equipment including computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners and letter folding machines.
Assist Enrollment Counselors with transfer student preliminary degree audits.
Perform other duties as requested.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Proven data entry working experience.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and other data programsDetail oriented and highly organized.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Problem-solving skills.
Typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and admission staff.
Self-motivated.
ESSENTIAL
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Audio Equipments Auditing Communication Confidentiality Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
