Daily deposit, inventory and accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
Daily Deposits Post all credit card transactions.
Reconcile shipping and receiving transactions daily Process/post vehicle inventory transactions Process/post all cash receipts Process/post accounts payable Enter journal entries when necessary Assist with GL reconciliation Assist with month end process Oversee office supply purchases Filing Skills:
Detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn quickly Proficient with Microsoft outlook and Excel Strong analytical skills Strong ability to pay attention to detail and perform tasks accurately Education/
Experience:
2-3 years office/bookkeeping experience preferred
