Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify tool to verify employment authorization Keeping up-to-date with new employment authorization information Working closely with the other I-9 analysts and the I-9 Team Leader on various employment related issues Auditing Form I-9's Various other duties as needed Required
Qualifications:
one year experience working in Human Resources or an equivalent work related field strong organizational and time management skills excellent customer service and associate relation skills ability to analyze information detail oriented able to prioritize work, work under deadlines, and handle a high volume of work accurately working knowledge of SAP strong verbal and written communication skills able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and Outlook good attendance and punctuality record professionalism and confidentiality ability to work independently, with little or no supervision flexibility in job schedule (may need to work overtime (early or late) or weekends on occasion) Address:
