V alencia Health and Rehabilitation is a 249-bed Skilled Nursing facility, located in the heart of Lakeland that specializes in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and memory care services. Qualifications: Must be currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of nursing staff, as well as help foster a team atmosphere with the nursing division Liaisons with residents, families, support departments, etc. to adequately plan for resident needs #2023Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
