Associates in this position must be prepared to advise on a multitude of topics that they are contacted on in an effort to resolve the contact on a first touch basis or instill confidence in the customer that their praise, inquiry or concern will be escalated to the appropriate department for a resolution.
This position serves as an extension of the premier in store experience that customers have come to expect from Publix Super Markets, Inc.
Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience 1 year in a call center environment or 2 years in a customer service field ability to be customer-focused strong verbal and written communication skills basic knowledge and understanding of MS Office software including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat basic knowledge of ECMS, MCMS, AIMS, JAC support tool, P.
com support tool, POPS research port, ePower Center, and SharePoint willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include additional hours to handle peak workloads and holiday scheduling Address:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
