We are looking for energetic, motivated people with a passion to sell that are willing to grow with the business! This position is base pay plus commission.
Previous auto, sport/marine, or RV sales experience is helpful but not required.
We will train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the desire to succeed.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable, insurable driving record and the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sales Professional:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Generate leads and turn them into customers Assist customers with buying decisions Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units Present and sell other value-added options Write deals to present to sales manager Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current clients Prepare preliminary trade appraisals Learn all product categories and specifications QUALIFICATIONS of the Sales Professional:
Previous experience in commission-based, big ticket item sales Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Must be able to provide professional references who can verify work experience.
Reliable transportation Must have a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Computer proficient Integrity Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills Aptitude for business math Desire to succeed in a career in sales COMPETITIVE
