We are looking for an organized, efficient Customer Support to be responsible for administrative duties, answering the phones.
The Customer Support role will take ownership of assisting current, new, and prospective customers through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and expediting orders efficiently.
Education Requirement:
High school Diploma/GED Experience Requirement:
1 - 2 years customer service and/or administrative service 1 year phone skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities (What You Will Do):
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts visitor to the appropriate location.
Manage incoming calls, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages as needed.
Data entry.
Identify and assess caller's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Communicate any changes to internal sales department.
Coordinate activities effectively and maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure that all systems are in alignment and that all orders are tracked and processed within turnaround times.
Maintain various databases and Microsoft spreadsheets/running sales reports.
Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their customers.
Provide data and reports to help the sales team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
This position is mostly sedentary 7
hours a day.
Work is done in an office environment and requires ability to type for periods of time.
There is occasional lifting of boxes up to 20 pounds.
Most work is done using a phone, computer, and screen time will be heavy.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
