Responsibilities include:
procuring equipment, small parts, raw materials, specific approved items for planned activities (projects, new stores, remodels, etc.
), and replacement retail items for Facilities building and maintaining professional and ethical relationships with current and potential suppliers working with master data and material master on maintaining accurate vendor and material information assisting with proper Inventory Management performing various clerical functions Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or its equivalent one year experience in purchasing one year experience using an inventory management system knowledge of Facilities warehousing procedures knowledge of Facilities equipment knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentations, Outlook, etc.
) knowledge of customer service procedures and techniques SAP operational knowledge supply chain knowledge time management skills communication skills - written and verbal negotiation skills analytical skills technical skills organizational skills interpersonal skills customer Service Skills willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays Address:
