Forklift Operators Wanted!
Forklift Operators needed for local warehouse/5pm-finish/$11/hr ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
- Using an order selector to gather bulk bag and full case customer orders per the order ticket throughout the large warehouse.
- Operating an order picker - Place order items on a pallet.
Once pallet is full, take to the loading dock to be placed on truck - Other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required - Warehouse equipment experience preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Organized and detail oriented - Must meet Rita Forklift Qualifications - Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast paced environment - Must be able to read and write English - Excellent dependability and reliability - Must be able to continuously lift 50 pound bags - Ability to perform basic math skills - Be able to operate an order operator - Control Precision - The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
- Manual Dexterity - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment - Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts or order picker - Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
