Retail Store Manager

Retail Store Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day-to-day management and support of the Jenny Craig center, staff and clients to meet the needs of the center Local community marketing through creating business relationships, and generating sales locally.
Ensure communication from home office and field management are filtered to all positions; keep the team well informed Build and manage high-performance and effective teams that work together, demonstrate passion and customer-centricity Determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of the center, perform selection interviews, evaluate skills and match positions with appropriate employees Monitor results through various systems (i.
e.
, monitoring and controlling payroll expenses and reports to evaluate and make decisions based on key performance indicators, etc.
) Create employee development and continuous improvement center action plans by analyzing and diagnosing strengths and weaknesses Lead by example displaying a willingness to assist with any task and encourage a cooperative environment Oversee business operations activities to meet revenue and profitability targets Oversee and manage a variety of ad hoc tasks as they arise related to:
