Must have good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and PLCs.
Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle many responsibilities Must be highly motivated and a proven and effective leader Bachelors degree preferred Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities Source:
