Production Manager - Client of Crawford Thomas Recruiting (Haines City, FL)

This position will eventually evolve into a Plant Management role.
Recommend operating and maintenance budgets for each converting plant and work with top management to implement authorized budgets.
Review monthly financial reports and interim reports relating to conversion operations budgets.
Analyze cost of operations and determine cause for and report on budget variance.
Review labor, material and supply costs for converting all operations and take action to determine causes and corrective action related to unusual expenses.
Review reports relating to production activity, schedules, materials, orders, inventory to ensure adequate productivity and efficiency.
Communicate with plant managers and staff regarding the status of operations, improvement opportunities and issues impacting results.
Monitor parts inventory levels and orders for converting plants.
Investigate and determine cause of inventory discrepancies.
Review maintenance reports detailing the status of equipment and maintenance work completed.
Communicate with plant managers regarding trends in parts usage, downtime and maintenance costs.
Participate as a member of the senior leadership team to recommend, execute and communicate organizational changes.
Collaborate with other senior staff and key personnel to develop, execute, and track implementation of the organization's strategic business plans.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree and three to 5 years relevant experience with 5 years of managerial experience or high school diploma and five to ten years related experience and minimum of five years managerial experience.
PAPER INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
