Responsibilities:

Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectation; :
Understand the Waste, Speed and Delay design for each product on each machine, then meet or exceed design; and :
Routinely verify conformance of material being produced to meet or exceed the quality standard.
Qualifications:
:
Demonstrated ability to effectively take action to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment and successful stress tolerance; :
Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results; :
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills (bilingual in Spanish a plus); :
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Qualpro (preferred); :
Demonstrated intermediate skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software); :
Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others; :
Demonstrated ability to think ahead and plan over a 30:
day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results; :
Demonstrated ability to measure an employee's performance to goals; :
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail; and :
Demonstrated ability to function as a strong team player.
Education/
Experience:
:
Bachelors Degree, Engineering degrees (preferred); :
5 or more years in a management role in a high speed manufacturing environment with two or more years of experience managing others.
