Supervising food production in the absence of supervisor Preparing food daily as outlined on the Food Production Worksheet Assisting with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production Ensuring proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment Ensuring compliance with state, local, and regulatory agencies as they relate to Food Service We seek the following
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to professionally represent Brookdale Must have High School diploma or equivalent Must have or obtain Food Service Certification Must have at least one year cooking experience in like setting and love cooking Must possess effective listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Must have the ability to work independently as well as work as part of team Must have flexibility with schedule Understanding of working with older population Brookdale Senior Living is an EOE-(Equal Opportunity Employer) and drug free work place.
