Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or automotive field desired Experience in the automotive industry or retail industry Two or more years experience managing two or more people Experience communicating successfully with customers, associates and management Experience in profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, hiring, training and managing inventory Working knowledge of Excel and of Microsoft Office products Understanding of inventory control methods and accountabilities Basic understanding of tires, tire related services, automotive services and of retail business environment Understanding of the financial impacts of pricing, discounting and margins Understanding of basic math principles Execute multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and composure Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/ carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull up to 60 pounds up to 2/3 of the work day Source:
