Job Description Seeking Exceptional Caregivers for CAREGIVER REFERRAL REQUIREMENTS Duties include, but are not limited to:
Companionship and conversational engagement with clients Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation Medication and appointment reminders Assistance with grooming and bathing Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues Alzheimer s & Dementia Care Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect Griswold Home Care refers caregivers who have these minimum
Qualifications:
Other applicable certificates if you have them (Alzheimer's, Assistance with self-administered medications, etc.
) SS Card Liability Insurance (Starting 01/01/14 all caregivers will be required to have this insurance) Background Record Check Complete a level 2 criminal background check through AHCA A minimum of 4 recent references (2 personal and 2 professional) Cleared Fitness to work or Physical (Must read Clear of Communicable Diseases and Fit to work without reasonable accommodations) Completed Motor Vehicle Registration check Cleints for the Tampa, FL office are interested in all of the following:
Certified Nursing Assistants, HHA, Companions and Homemakers.
