Patient Care Technician Casual Pool - Orthopedics - (Plant City)
The Patient Care Tech is a member of the health care team who performs direct and indirect patient care tasks under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School diploma or GED Successful completion of a healthcare training program - PCT, CNA, EMT, MA - Military training or RN student.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:
BLS PREFERRED CERTIFICATION:
CNA , MA , PCT PREFERRED
Experience:
One year hospital SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Interpersonal, customer service skills, computer skills appropriate to the position - phlebotomy and EKG skills are preferred.
