KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Knowledge of Citrix/thin client environment Required:
Strong customer service, technical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Project management, organization, documentation, and analytical skills.
Advanced understanding of enterprise networking infrastructure components (switches, routers, hubs, cabling, etc.
).
Knowledge of network protocols such as; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and SMTP Expert knowledge of the Microsoft desktop operating system environment; must have the ability to troubleshoot, test, and configure its components (registry, ini files, dll files, etc.
).
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, including the ability to create and maintain secuirty profiles.
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain workstation images.
Ability to design, create, test, and deploy applications with industry standard deployment tools.
EDUCATION:
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in IT or related field.
