Personal Lines Account Manager assists with the personal lines activity of the Company. Activity includes working on existing accounts and new business accounts. Collaborates with Broker Producers, Commercial Account Managers and Marketing Representatives to keep and write new business. This is a full time position.
PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE: ESSENTIAL DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
A professional phone and in-person presence.
Customer service focused. Fostering relationships to grow and renew business.
Be hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a great attitude.
Take ownership of writing accounts and following up on renewing accounts.
Quick to quote, provide proposals and bind new accounts.
Strong communication skills via the phone, email, documents and presentations.
Know ALL personal lines insurance coverages (homeowners, auto, watercraft, personal umbrella, jewelry, etc.) and how to explain them to customers.
Ideally have Applied TAM agency management system experience.
Swift learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal oriented and task oriented.
Building a personal lines book of business with excellence, world-class customer service and consistent integrity.
Requirements
Education / Formal Training / Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Requires current Florida drivers license with automobile insurance liability limits.
Valid / Current 2-20 Florida All Lines Florida Insurance License
Requires three (3) years progressively responsible experience in commercial and personal lines insurance.
