Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Systems, Manages The Fulfillment Systems. The
Organization Reports To The VP Of Information Services And Currently
Manages Three (3) Direct Reports. The Team Is Responsible To Provide
Strategic IS Direction To The Fulfillment Operations And Other Senior
Management. The Position Also Has Responsibility To Manage The Day-To-Day
Fulfillment Systems Across The Company Systems Enterprise Up To And
Including ProWares, Infor Fulfillment And ProShip Environments. The
Position Must Interface With The Other IS Management Team Members
Particularly The Director Of Warehouse Systems. The Position Also
Recommends Software Improvements Such As Order Management, Shipping
Software And MHE Technology Solutions For Customers.

To Support Rapid Order Fulfillment Business Growth Aligning With Corporate

Prioritize Technology Initiatives With Budget Requirements And Business

Establish Partnerships With Ecommerce Industry Leaders Such As Web
Platform Developers, Payment System Providers, Shipping Systems, Address
Verification And Other Related Technology Solutions Groups To Establish
Partnerships
Advise Management On New Technologies Available In Conjunction With
Viable Business Case Studies To Support Recommendations
Stay Current On Leading Technologies And Processes In The
Ecommerce/Order Fulfillment Related Space
Participate In Industry Conferences And Seminars
Interface With Customers To Provide Business Development Support And New
Business Solutions Relevant To Technology Capability, Integration
Requirements And Systems Demonstrations
Successfully Manage Complex Technology Projects
Define And Implement Analytical Reporting Tools At Enterprise/Customer
Levels
Identify The Necessary Support Resources For Fulfillment Technology
Business Unit
Integrate OMS/CRM/WMS/TMS Systems Into Third Party Systems
Ensure Adequate Back Up To Systems Support Both From A Human Resources
And Systems Perspective
Identify System Constraints And Find Technology Solutions To Bridge Gaps
In Conjunction With IS Technical Services, Ensure Computing Capabilities
Are Best Meeting Customer And Operational Requirements
Ensure Fulfillment Systems Capabilities Meet Operational Demand
Establish And Manage Complex System-Based Business Rules Across Multiple
Clients In An Outsourced Logistics Environment
Provide Oversight Of Fulfillment Systems Integrations, Repair And
Maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum Of A Bachelors Degree Is Required.
At Least 5 Years Working In E-Commerce And/Or Order Fulfillment
Technology Area
5 Years Of Experience In A Multi-Facility Order Fulfillment Environment
To Ensure A Strong Working Knowledge Of Fulfillment Operational Processes
And Relative System Applications
Experience Working With Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Including Direct To
Consumer, Specialty And Big Box Retail
Strong Customer Orientation
Specific Experience In Managing OMS/CRM/WMS/TMS System Related Projects
Excellent Organizational, Verbal And Written Communication Skills
Experience Managing Successful Complex Technology Projects And
Integrations Across Multiple Functional Teams
Experience In The .NET Framework, Web Services And APIs
Track Record Of Successful Integrations And Related Accomplishments
Experience In A Third Party Logistics (3PL) Organization
